Karen Bonomo is a member of Corterra Solutions’ client services team. In her role, she manages the entire life cycle of new implementations and upgrades, and ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
Karen has more than 20 years of experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and GP system implementations, as well as other initiatives aimed at driving measurable business results for clients in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and many other industries. She brings specialized expertise in inventory management, operations management and operations excellence, as well as the use of reporting and analysis to help clients uncover opportunities to make their current processes more efficient.
Early in her career, Karen gained a reputation for building strong relationships with internal and external clients in order to understand their business processes and goals. Prior to joining Corterra, Karen developed her skills as a business analyst and process improvement specialist at Pella, working with the distributor network to optimize their business systems and improve processes.
At Corterra, Karen acts as an extension of each client’s team to oversee all phases of implementation from documentation of system requirements, to change control processes, to software testing and system verification. She also coordinates data migration processes. Under Karen’s leadership, everyone involved in a project is held accountable to deliver the expected objectives, efficiencies, and cost savings.
Karen holds an Associate’s in Accounting from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Benedictine University.
