Sue Pittacora is an executive in Corterra Solutions’ client services team and leads the firm’s Analytics and Finance Practice. In her cross-functional role, Sue helps clients leverage their data and information systems to improve business performance through greater insight and efficiency.

Sue brings a unique combination of accounting, finance, analytics, business systems, customer experience measurement, and systems development experience to her role. She is a transformative leader who continuously challenges the status quo to drive results, and is passionate about leveraging technology to optimize performance. Given Sue’s depth of experience leading business process improvement initiatives, she serves as the finance lead on client ERP implementations.

Sue honed her expertise over 30 years in consulting and executive roles with global Fortune 500 corporations. Prior to joining Corterra, Sue was a senior executive at McDonald’s Corporation, where she oversaw multiple global Centers of Excellence in the areas of operations, insights, and analytics. She also established a Global Center of Excellence Analytics team within the business insights area to analyze internal and external data and identify growth strategies for the company. She is passionate about bringing the same level of analytics expertise to Corterra clients, helping them identify key drivers of their business performance to improve their operations and profitability.

Early in her career, Sue gained experience consulting with organizations to assess risk within their financial systems and improve their businesses while serving as a financial and information systems auditor at Ernst & Young. Working in EY’s Chicago office, she served many large multi-national corporations in the consumer products and financial services industries.

Sue holds Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Accounting from Dominican University. She is a designated Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and Certified Information Systems Auditor. Sue serves as an Advisory Board member to Valyant AI, a technology provider of conversational artificial intelligence, as a member of the Board of Governors of the Center for Creative Leadership, and as Vice Chairman of the Advisory Council of the Brennan School of Business at Dominican University. She is also an active member of the Chicago Finance Exchange.
