Co-Founder

Lynda served as Corterra’s Chief Financial Officer since its inception more than 25 years ago. She led Corterra Solutions as a woman-owned business during the company’s early years of growth, and currently serves as a client service executive, supporting the financial aspects of the engagements.

Lynda’s background in accounting, her financial information systems auditing expertise, plus her knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, makes her an invaluable resource for managing the financial aspects of client relationships. She is a key subject matter expert for financial system implementations, executing risk-based information system audits, and ensuring IT implementations are authorized, secure, compliant, and meet the appropriate standards to support clients’ organizational strategy and objectives.

As an Ernst and Young alumni, Lynda understands the importance of professionalism, diversity, and client trust in the delivery of client services. At Corterra, Lynda forges close relationships with clients over the duration of engagements, and as a result they trust Corterra to assist with implementations and data migration projects involving their most sensitive financial information.

Her audit and control experience provides a unique value add for Corterra clients. Each year, Lynda leads the completion of a critical information systems controls preparation for Sarbanes-Oxley 440 compliance at Corterra clients. Using risk-based techniques, she helps engineer cyber controls into client’s systems that are effective as well as efficient. She has led Corterra’s effort to consistently embed automated controls into the ERP systems and initiated the introduction of artificial intelligence into the control processes.

Under Lynda’s leadership, Corterra Solutions achieved a 100% success rate for technology project delivery in an industry where 50% success is the norm. Lynda also oversees all system installations, evolving ERP deployments through the testing, remediation, and training phase to ensure successful go-lives. For a large health care client, she played a primary role in the turnaround of a troubled multi-year $50 million technology project with another IT services provider, ensuring a successful outcome with Corterra’s expertise.

Lynda earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Indiana University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
