Shawn McCormick

Shawn McCormick is a senior member of the Corterra Solutions team, managing key client relationships to maximize value from their technology and infrastructure investments.

Shawn brings comprehensive operational expertise gained from leading numerous large-scale, multi-year performance improvement initiatives for global Fortune 500 companies in consumer products, aerospace, financial services, information technology, and other industries. He specializes in leading continuous improvement initiatives that drive cost savings in functional areas including engineering, manufacturing, operations, and procurement, as well as program management and strategy.

Shawn has built a reputation for delivering operational excellence over his 30-year career. As a management consultant, he worked with clients to assess core competencies, analyze performance, re-design processes, and deliver solutions that dramatically reduced lead times, improved productivity, and generated significant cost savings. Prior to joining Corterra, Shawn was a Director in the Strategy and Operations practice at a global consulting firm. He also helped lead the development and growth of McDonald’s Corporation’s US Global Indirect Procurement organization.

At Corterra Solutions, Shawn’s primary focus is to continue creating solutions that help clients drive their businesses forward.

Shawn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from California Polytechnic State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He is a Six Sigma black belt.
